It’s been a great while since I’ve read one of these books！ Nice characters and story， including some good development for one of the side characters here！ I must say though， as I’ve gotten older， there have been some aspects I’m not really fond of （Main character might come off as annoying sometimes， and a couple of the insults might stretch too far for me personally）。If anyone has any questions， please leave a comment！

Good kid's book。 It is funny and provides a good mixture of text and comic book style that could provide a good stepping stone from graphic novels to full text books。 I like that author draws a line between not following the rules in a way that isn't harmful to others and the behaviors of kids that is just mean。 As a parent， I'd rather the kid follow the rules， but it's most important that the kid isn't the nasty type of kid who does things out of casual cruelty。 Took me somewhere between 40-80 Good kid's book。 It is funny and provides a good mixture of text and comic book style that could provide a good stepping stone from graphic novels to full text books。 I like that author draws a line between not following the rules in a way that isn't harmful to others and the behaviors of kids that is just mean。 As a parent， I'd rather the kid follow the rules， but it's most important that the kid isn't the nasty type of kid who does things out of casual cruelty。 Took me somewhere between 40-80 minutes to finish the book and it entertained me （41 years old） on the flight。 I see why my 8-year old really likes this series。 。。。more

tThis Big Nate book is different from the other ones Lincoln Pierce has written。 Big Nate in the Zone is a book that continuously flows， unlike other Big Nate books Pierce wrote which contain spontaneous comics which exclude relation to one another。 In this book， Nate undergoes a series of unlucky streaks， in school， his social life and his academics， until something that Chad discovers， reverses his streak， scoring himself a lucky break。 As Chad hands over his good luck charm， he then finds him tThis Big Nate book is different from the other ones Lincoln Pierce has written。 Big Nate in the Zone is a book that continuously flows， unlike other Big Nate books Pierce wrote which contain spontaneous comics which exclude relation to one another。 In this book， Nate undergoes a series of unlucky streaks， in school， his social life and his academics， until something that Chad discovers， reverses his streak， scoring himself a lucky break。 As Chad hands over his good luck charm， he then finds himself in a slump， but in an exchange of friendship， Nate hands it back， scoring Chad something he’s had his eye on for a while now。 Personally， I am biased to the Big Nate books， as loving each and every one of them and reading them multiple times。 As I always say， I definitely recommend them as they are so relatable and tremendously funny。 Big Nate is one of the best books I have read while growing up and his sense of humor never ceases to encourage a good time。 I definitely would want some teenagers and kids to read this book！ 5 out of 5 stars 。。。more
